Hanbit Bible church has an interesting group of people. We have around 14 young people as far as I know and only 6 of them are single including me and all others are married. But we are all in the similar age group I think. and most of them are guys as you can see in the picture. And all of those guys except one are engineering major, computer, mechanical, electronic etc. It means we are all sharing common background which is good for fellowship. But I found out this common ground can be a barrier to others, like new comers or non-engineering related people. On Sunday, we went to the beach. somewhere near Santa Cruise. It was awesome and we had a good time. We stayed at the beach for only 10 or 15min because it was too cold and windy, but coming to beach was something common among us over the time after the service on Sunday. I hope we can have more time like this...

This is newly arranged praise team. We got new electronic drum and bass. When I was in Philly I always wanted to have these. At that time we had a great Key board and piano player but not these two. Here, Ironically, we have pretty good drum and bass player but not keyboard. Well, we have a great piano player though. As you can see five guys including me are praise team which is direct opposite when I was in Philly. Anyway we did pretty good job I think and people are more excited about new praise revival(?). God will send a wave but not always. Our duty is to recognize that wave and ride on it. I believe this is the time....

이날 이후 거짓말같이 다 나버렸네요.

여자애들 점프하는 사진이 일품이죠? 이한장 찍으려고 여러번 뛰었습니다.

	이녀석이 새로 태어난 제 조카입니다. 둘째 누나의 첫번째 딸이죠. 작은매형이 어찌나 좋아하던지 제게 사진을 이메일로 보냈습니다. 녀석은 컴퓨터를 잘하는 삼촌을 둔던에 태어나자마자 인터넷에 올랐습니다. 게다가 제사진말고 다른 사람이 초기화면에 오르긴 요번이 처음입니다.
	삼촌인 제가봐도 이쁘고 귀여운데 부모가 보면 얼마나 이쁠까요? 누나를 닮았으면 한 미인소리는 들을 텐데 아빠를 닮았으면.... 글쎄.... 그래도 지금까지는 엄마의 형상이 더 많은것 같은데. 아무튼 조카 보러 한국에 한번 들어가야겠습니다. 매형 선물도 못 보냈네요. 뭐 필요한거 없어요. 이곳에서 보낼게요.
	이녀석은 제 첫째 조카죠. 큰누나의 하나있는 아들. 어릴때 울다가도 삼촌이 컴퓨터게임 해준다면 눈물을 그치던 녀석이죠. 한국에서 직장다닐때 늦게 퇴근해서 집에들어가면 모처럼 놀러와서 삼촌을 눈이 빠지게 기다리다 자 버리곤했죠. 매년 미국에서 인기있는 게임을 하나씩 선물하곤 했는데 작년엔 호주에 영어공부하러 가는 바람에 보지 못하고 왔죠. 저는 이녀석때문이라도 미국에 살아야합니다. 저의 큰 누나 왈... 삼촌이 필라에 있었다면 아이비리그를 보내려고 했는데 서부로 왔으니 이젠 스탠포드..... 애들이 불쌍합니다.
	안고있는 할아버지를 바라보는 눈이 초롱초롱합니다. 내게 자식이 있어다면 전 기도를 더 열심이 할수 밖에 없을 것 같습니다. 내 힘과 노력으로는 이런 아이가 요즘 같은세상에 밝고 건강하게 자라게 할 자신이 없을것 같습니다. 미국에 있는 삼촌의 기도제목이 하나 더 늘었습니다. 손주를 바라보시는 아버지 모습이 너무 기뻐보이십니다. 갑자기 죄송한 마음이... 아버지 결혼이 늦어져서 죄송해요... 올해는....꼭.

	This is the swimming pool. I am not a good swimmer. I saw a lot of powerful and strong American woman swimmers in my previous apartment and most of guys are also pretty good too. But I have been swimming for more than 4 years since I have been in US and I like it after some kind of hard exercise like skiing or basketball. one thing nice about this pool is it is right down to my bed room window.I can get up in the morning and slide up the blind and look at the pool it just give me a feel of one more vacation-like day
	This is a outlook of my apt. Technically it is not my house, it is just rent. but I just like it. Starting brand new life in California just gives me cheers and boost-up. New apt, new jobs, new church and new people. Well, I think my life is getting more exciting as I am getting older. maybe feel like getting younger.
	This is balcony which is big enough for 4 or 5 person. this is perfect for summer night Bulgoki barbecue. isn't it? bring some beer or any other drinks and stay late at night with full of food on the table and talk and talk and talk ....... maybe swimming for a brake. and sing and sing and sing. you know I am pretty good guitar player and I have tons of gospel songs and popular songs. maybe that summer night never ends.
	This is a new sofa. Looks cool isn't it. I haven't had a sofa since I came to US. Well, my room was studio and it was not large enough to put this Big furniture. and I didn't want to buy any furniture before I got married. Then why did I buy now even if I am not married yet. Well, I just changed the order. furniture and then marriage. Come and make yourself at home.
	This is also new dining table. I think I sounds like sales person introducing new product or new apartment. But I just want to let my friend or my family know that I am lining in this kind of place. I think when you look at the picture you might have question. why do you need 6 chairs? aren't you living alone? Yeah. I live alone but I want many people come to my place and have a dinner together or sing together or study bible together. I also have a pretty good home theater system.
	This is why I bought piano. I started to learn 2years ago. I was 32 yeas old at the time. am I good now? not really but I can sing and play what I want to sing. that's good enough for me. I hope my wife is a good piano play but even if she is not, that's OK. I will make it up. I want my home full with joyful gospel or other songs all the times.
	Well, this is new bed. I have been using small child bed for more than 4 years. I don't really care where I sleep because once I lie down then I fall asleep in seconds. so why do spend money on bed. but this time I bought one which is large enough for me. can you look at the window which is the best part of my sleep. when I get up early in the morning you can see horizontal and swimming pool in my apt. it feels like I am living in a vacation resort. Since I moved to US my life is a kind of vacation. Work is fun, study is also fun and my church life is also fun. Thank God for everything you blessed me.
